The structure submerges or remains immersed in water will affect how easily the smoke is drawn, and how smooth and cool the smoke will be.<\/p>\n<p>For commercial hookahs, downstems can range from 180 mm to 300 mm, depending on the base height. You must include in your blueprint the length of the downstem from the stem joint or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkuphookah.com\/fr\/hookah-rubber-parts\/\">replacing grommets<\/a> seat to the tip of the downstem.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; Optimal immersion depth: Usually, the bowl downstem should be 25\u201350 mm submerged. Set the desired vase height so the manufacturer can check the downstem-to-vase alignment.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Downstem outer diameter: should be the same as the stem body bore. 14, 16, and 18 mm downstems, which have a 5-7 mm wall thickness, are the industry standard.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; When designing a hookah, you need to consider how the stem connects to the base.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; If you plan to use a screw-on or a press-fit diffuser, you have to consider how the diffuser and the stem connect.<\/li>\n<li>-A hookah bowl connects at the top of the stem. The opening, or bowl port, should be big enough to fit the bowl. The industry has 2 standards compatible with 90% of commercial bowls, including Alpaca, HookahJohn, and Oblako, must be 18.8mm.<\/li>\n<li>19.0-19.5mm (contains some German and Russian bowls; check the collection for bowl fit).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The inner diameter of the bowl port must be customized to \u00b10.1 mm. If it&#8217;s too tight, the strikes will break. If it&#8217;s too loose, the seal will break, and the air will pass through the tobacco.
